Cupid

I had so much fun designing this card today.  I love to start with an image, then pick the paper and just build a card.  I even started over once, because I didn't like an embellishment I used on the front.

When I saw the ribbon I used had all three of the colors of the paper, I had to find a way to incorporate it on this card.  See the materials list below for a complete recipe.

The big heart is chipboard and covered with the Dazzling Die Cuts (basic).  CTMH ran a promotion at the end of last year for this kit that included the chipboard and matching die cuts.  I am glad I got them.

I think I will give this one to my boys for Valentine's Day.  The sentiment is so true!

"Mom cam"

Super card, Kim! I noticed the shadowing (is that the term?)on the cupid...looks fantastic! Love all the little details you've added, the heart, the waxy flax, all of it.

Super job, my friend!
