Blue Ribbon Congratulations

I am posting early today, because I have a card class tonight.

This card was sent to me by my upline, Chris Shouse. I absolutely love! What a great way to use ribbon. I think I will save this idea for a graduation card this year. Thanks for the inspiration, Chris!
