Such a Sweetie

Thank you for all of your well wishes.  They helped me a lot.  I have been taking two hour naps in the morning after I drop the boys off to school, and I am finally feeling better.  I even planned a stamp night with my friend, Kim on Thursday...YAY!

I wanted to show you how sweet my Tate is and how he has such a big heart.  As I was lying on the couch Monday night nursing my sore throat and watching the movie Precious (so sad), he kept asking me when I was going to bed.  When I got to my room, I figured out why he was so concerned.  He made me this heartfelt card to cheer me up and BOY....IT DID!  He is such a sweetie!

I keep all the handmade cards my family makes for me, so this is going to be on my desk for a little while, then tucked away in my card album.  Love it!

Here is a sneak peek at the last card of the three card series I made for my first brayer class, Beginning Brayer.  Now, I just have to work on a date, time and pdf file to give you the specifics.  I will start that tomorrow.  Hope you like this peek:

  4. Oh Kim, this just melts my heart. What a thoughtful, loving son you have! I'm sure it did more than any medicine could have in helping you feel better.

You sneak peek at the card looks so neat. I suspect it's going to be awesome like the others.

Enjoy your playdate with your friend, but don't overdo. You wouldn't want to have a relapse! (gosh, I sound like my mom, now-lol)

    HUGS!
