I have club meetings this Friday and next Tuesday, so I need to get on the ball and decide what we are going to make. I decided we haven't made a sympathy card in a while and I need to replenish my stash. I got the inspiration for this card from the Mojo Monday sketch here. In addition, I used the new Thanks for Caring set from the occasions mini. Oh, such a pretty set.
I haven't made a round card is such a long time. I should make them more, because they are so much fun. I used my new scallop circle Big Shot die. Oh, this die is awesome!

Just a note....I have been keeping up on my 365 project so far. Whew! I think that is going to be my scrapbooking this year.
This is outstanding, Kim. What a lovely design. I'm really excited about your new class on PCP...can't wait to see it!
ReplyDeleteGlad you were able to make it there and back safely. Such a lovely card!
ReplyDeleteOh I'm happy to hear you made it to and from safely. And that you were able to be with family at this difficult time.
ReplyDeleteYour card is very pretty, Kim. Sympathy cards are so hard and yours strikes a great balance between pretty and appropriate. Well done!
Hope you get all caught up in time for your class today!
I am glad that you and your family were able to attend the services for your Aunt Janet. And I am glad that you all made it home safely.
ReplyDeleteYour card is so very pretty! I've not made a round card yet. But I am inspired by yours.
I'm excited about your upcoming Brayer class.
