About a week ago, I was playing around with this Shining Star set from CTMH. I wanted to emboss the biggest star with all the detail in the image. At first, I embossed it with clear embossing powder on white and then I remembered how much I love black embossed images on black paper. These have been sitting on my desk every since and didn't make cards out of them until today. I wanted to keep them simple like the one layer cards I made here & here.
The first one was made by sponging watermelon ink over the clear embossed star and out just a little to give it a glow. Then I traced around the star with watermelon marker. I topped it off with the sentiment a little pink bling and pink ribbon.

This one was even easier. I traced around the black embossed star with white gel pen. Then I stamped the sentiment in white pigment ink added white pearls and white ribbon. Viola! Done!

Don't ya love the detail on this star?
How do you like the pics? I have been playing around with Photoshop a little and thought I would make my pics a little better.
