I am one of those people who make New Year's Resolutions with the best intentions. Of course, I make too many of them and try to keep all of them, but some just don't continue after January. One of my resolutions this year to to scrap more. I would LOVE to scrap one layout a week, but I feel that is a HUGE goal, so I am just going to make the goal of scrapping more than last year. What is sad about this goal is I didn't scrap much last year, so more than that won't be much...hee hee!
I am starting the year off right with a layout for each of my boys. Of course, in digital scrapbooking I just have to change the pictures and journaling, if I have the same layout for both Tate and Tanner. That is one of my favorite reasons I love to digital scrap. Boy, am I a little rusty! It took me a while to get these done. I am sure if I scrap more, I will create faster. That is what I am going to tell myself. I am so indecisive about paper, etc. I have to try every piece that comes in the kit just to make sure it is the best one. I made a few purchases at
Sweet Shoppe Designs for layouts I knew I needed to create. This kit is made by Julie Billingsley and is called
Falling For You. It is on sale right now for 30% off. I love the colors and the owl is so cute.
Oh, I almost forgot....I used templates by B. Clarkson. I got these templates for free some time in 2009, so I don't have a direct link...Sorry!
Tanner's two page layout
Tate's layout
I didn't have many pictures of Tate in the leaves, because he didn't join the fun until later, so I made him a one page layout.
Happy Scrapping!
