Ninety Years Young

Another lesson from my Now We're Rockin' Digi class from Jessica Sprague.  Wow!  I learned a lot from this one:

  • Create a layout using a sampled color scheme
  • Cut patterned paper without cutting
  • Sharpen photos
  • Create a mask with a combination of brushes and drawing tools
  • Cut and paste to resize frames
  • Create a custom brush from an image file
  • Add a semi-transparent photo to the background of our layout

Whew!  I am glad I have videos to refresh my memory when I need them.

My plan is to print four copies of this layout in 8 x 8.  I am going to give one to Great Grandma, Grandma, Aunt and Uncle and one for us!  This was a very special moment and am glad I can share it with others.

If you want to see the journaling, click on the layout to enlarge it.

Happy Stamping and Scrapping!

I think this has to be one of my all-time favorites - its one of the few times I can "forgive" you for jumping to digital .. must just be that I'm jealous! Anyway, am going to croplift it - do the postage stamps with photo shop and the bottom right with photshop and print on vellum! Can use our Flourish stamps from CTMH for background ..so there!!! Keep up the fabulous work

This is just breathtaking and making me take one more step closer to digital. If I can just get some more Jessica Sprague PSE classes under my belt - I might make the leap. Can't wait for her Alchemy classes. What a gorgeous layout!!!!!
