House of Haunts

This is one of my favorite Halloween stamp sets, House of Haunts.  I love the silhouettes of the house and tree.  I wasn't going to show you this card at first, because I am not 100% thrilled with it.  The longer it sat on my desk, the more I decided I liked it more than I thought.  I am still not 100% happy with it, but it is okay.  It is only my second brayer card on my own.  I need to keep practicing.

Materials used are stampin’ up! Unless noted
Stamps: house of haunts, teeny tiny wishes
Paper: old olive, night of navy, whisper white, black
Ink: marina mist, not quite navy, concord crush, black, pear pizzazz, old olive, early expresso
Accessories: blue button (other), black cord (other), dimesionals
Punches: medium jewelry tag
Techniques: brayer

The card looks fantastic to me, Kim. I do know how it feels to have an idea of how one wants it to look and not quite reaching that vision and maybe that's what you are feeling. But honestly, it looks wonderful as is, especially since this is a new technique to you. Pat yourself on the back, girlfriend, you done did great! *Ü*
