Today, the boys have a snow day....YAY!  It has snowed at least eight inches and it looks so pretty outside.  We were ready for enough snow to go sledding.  We are wondering if there will be school tomorrow, since it is supposed to snow all day and all night.  The boys are crossing their fingers.  There are four days built into their school schedules where they don't have to make up the days.  They like to use all of them, of course.

I finally finished the birthday card for my dad.  I was hoping you would be able to see the glitter on the chipboard.  I used the silver smooch spritz....LOVE IT!

Lucky you! I hope you got some good sledding time in! You'll have to let us know if you got an extra bonus day. We got about 5-6 inches with that storm, more than we've had but not enough to shut things down. The girls had assessment day, so they only went for an hour yesterday for that.

Your card looks terrific. I like the glittery letters, the corduroy buttons and the happy paper. Great job!

Yeah for snow days. I only wish I could talk work into them.

Love this fun birthday cards and the good use you got from those corduroy brads. I have some and never seem to be able (or remember) to use them. You did an awesome job on this project.
